ENCY Hyper takes a different approach from both traditional teach-pendant programming and pure offline systems: it stays connected to the real robot controller, so an operator can adjust and test motions live while watching the results in both the digital twin and the physical cell simultaneously. The interface is built around drag-and-drop block-based programming rather than robot-specific code, with a touchscreen-optimized layout meant to work on industrial PCs, tablets, or handheld devices.
ENCY Hyper ships in two configurations:
ENCY Hyper runs standalone and is aimed at everyday automation tasks — pick-and-place, machine tending, palletizing, packaging, assembly, and nailing.
ENCY Hyper Max pairs the same operator-facing interface with ENCY Robot running in the background to handle heavier calculations, unlocking more demanding processes like milling, welding, polishing, coating, and additive manufacturing.
Built-in collision avoidance and multi-brand robot support round out the package, making it a natural fit for robot integrators who want to hand customers a system they can adjust themselves later, and for robot manufacturers looking to bundle a modern programming interface with their hardware.
